My entry for the latest Five Second Project for GSG – candy hearts. Cinema 4D and After Effects. Audio from Audio Network.
Great new tutorial from Chris Schmidt for GSG. Here’s my result composited over a stock image.
When boxoffrogs turned one, I promised free stuff to celebrate. Progress is pretty slow so I thought I show you a little glimpse of what to expect.
This is a preview of the free model you will get. Now when this is finished this will be no ordinary cupcake I promise you.
Think horror, think fifties, think CUPCAKE OF DOOM!
One of the things I like about Cinema 4D is, that every new version brings some functions I am really going to use in my everyday work. Unlike Photoshop, where 90 percent of the time I use tools that are there since version 4 (the first I used), new functions almost always have immediate use scenarios. So I was very hyped when I learned about the new camera calibration tag. Of course you could map stuff onto a Image before, but it’s so much easier now. The above picture is one of the better URBEX-photos I’ve taken and I thought I give it a spin with the piano. The matching in C4D took maybe 10 to 15 minutes with basic lighting . Then I did some additional touch up in Photoshop and voila, the result is pretty good I think.
I also started making little birthday animations for my loved ones. So when my big sisters birthday came up I added a little bit of animation. Super easy and super fun.
If you want to try it for yourself, as always there’s a very helpful tutorial on greyscalegorilla.
Don’t know about the product but the promo video kicks serious ass!
Hi everyone. Since I had not a lot of time to post lately I thought I give you another goodie. YAY! This time it’s the beloved weighted companion cube of portal fame.
The wallpaper comes in two flavours – with and without text – and two sizes. 2560×1440 and 1920×1200 as always. Hope you like it. Have fun!
(For science, you monster)
UPDATE: I changed the texture slightly to make it look less plasticy.
